Chelsea have reached an agreement with Manchester United to sign 21-year-old winger Alejandro Garnacho for a fixed fee of £40 million (about $54 million), according to multiple outlets including ESPN and Sky Sports. The deal includes a 10% sell-on clause that will give United a share of any future transfer profit. Garnacho is expected in London on Friday to undergo his medical and finalise a seven-year contract at Stamford Bridge. The Argentina international, long on Chelsea’s recruitment list, had made the west London club his preferred destination after falling down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
