
Premier League clubs are implementing new spending laws that involve points deductions. Morecambe and Sheffield United have been deducted three and two points, respectively. Chelsea and Tyson Fury's Morecambe are among the clubs facing points deductions. The clubs have agreed to cap spending on players and introduce financial fair play regulations next season. Leicester City is no longer at risk of points deduction this season.
