LaLiga has awarded Sky Sports exclusive live and highlights rights in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the next three seasons, covering the 2025/26 campaign that begins today through 2027/28. Sky said every match will be available across its linear channels and the Sky Sports app, bolstering its football schedule alongside the Premier League, Bundesliga and Serie A. In the United States, ESPN confirmed that all LaLiga fixtures will continue to stream on ESPN+, maintaining a partnership that began in 2021. The simultaneous rights renewals come as the Spanish league kicks off its new season this evening. The shifting broadcast landscape is being matched by fresh consumer promotions. DAZN Spain cut the monthly price of its ‘Plan Fútbol’ package to €14.99—€5 below the standard rate—offering five LaLiga matches each round plus full coverage of the Premier League, Bundesliga and Serie A. Platforms on both sides of the Atlantic are positioning themselves to capitalise on surging demand for European football as domestic leagues in England, France and Spain resume play.
