BBVA has successfully integrated ChatGPT Enterprise across its workforce of 125,000 employees, distributing a total of 3,300 licenses. Over the past five months, the bank has enabled the development of more than 2,900 custom GPTs, including specialized tools such as Credit Analysis Pro GPT and Legal Assistant GPT, aimed at automating various tasks. The implementation of this AI tool has led to an 'explosion of creativity' within the organization, with employees across multiple functions, including legal and compliance, benefiting from its capabilities. BBVA plans to expand its use of ChatGPT licenses in 2025. The initiative has reportedly resulted in a time savings of two hours per employee each week.
