Recent updates to the ChatGPT web app and macOS application have introduced several new features aimed at enhancing user experience. The web app now includes improvements for the 'Share this canvas' feature, allowing users to share their canvases with a link while keeping conversations private. Additionally, the handling of errors when updating scheduled tasks has been improved. A new inline action feature enables users to edit responses and code blocks directly within the canvas. Users can also open code blocks in canvas and will soon have the ability to generate sharable links for their canvases, although this feature is still in development. The macOS app now supports the creation of canvases, providing a more integrated experience akin to advanced note-taking applications. Furthermore, users will have the option to set shared canvases as either 'public' or 'private', with these functionalities also under development.
