This agreement would enable Paramount to utilize Oracle's cloud services following the merger. Separately, the creators of the animated series "South Park," Trey Parker and Matt Stone, have secured a five-year global streaming rights deal with Paramount valued at $1.5 billion. This arrangement includes streaming rights in the United States for the first time and will see Paramount paying $300 million annually over the contract period to feature "South Park" on its Paramount+ platform.
