Salesforce AI Research, in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University, has proposed a new framework called Diversity Empowered Intelligence (DEI). This initiative involves integrating diverse AI software engineering agents to enhance problem-solving capabilities. The research demonstrates that these AI agents, when used as code reviewers, can more than double problem-solving effectiveness, akin to the benefits seen in diverse human teams.
