Salesforce Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Regrello, a privately held start-up whose artificial-intelligence platform automates complex manufacturing and supply-chain workflows. The purchase, which will be funded with cash on hand, is the latest in a series of acquisitions aimed at deepening Salesforce’s capabilities in business-process automation and expanding its emerging Agentic Platform beyond traditional SaaS offerings. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Salesforce said the transaction will not affect its fiscal-year 2026 guidance. Regrello’s AI-native technology is expected to integrate with Salesforce’s existing applications to help companies streamline procurement, production and logistics tasks.
