Spain's Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office has requested that businessman Javier Pérez Dolset be tried for alleged fraud involving more than 30 million euros in subsidies, falsification of documents, and money laundering linked to the bankruptcy of his company Zed in 2016. The prosecution alleges that Dolset diverted approximately 37.5 million euros from his companies. In addition to Pérez Dolset, the authorities have sought to prosecute around thirty individuals and entities connected to the case. Separately, nine individuals are facing trial in Palma for allegedly defrauding 240 people of 3.3 million euros through the sale of homes that were never built. In another case, a woman was arrested in Burgos for allegedly defrauding over 150,000 euros by impersonating a neurosurgeon.
