The attackers exploited stolen credentials from other platforms to infiltrate InfoJobs' systems and obtain sensitive candidate information. The company has acknowledged the breach and is investigating the incident. In the United States, a recent data breach at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services potentially exposed information of hundreds of Illinois residents after a hacker accessed an employee's email. Additionally, Jackson Health System in Miami disclosed a lengthy data breach spanning nearly five years, during which more than 2,000 patient records were accessed without authorization by an employee promoting their independent business. This breach led to the employee's termination.
