Forbes 2025 Best Startup Employers: OpenAI, Unstoppable Domains, Revolving Games Among Top Ranked

Forbes has published its 2025 list of America's Best Startup Employers, recognizing 500 companies for their reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. The list evaluates startups founded between 2015 and 2022 with more than 50 employees, using criteria such as corporate culture, compensation, and growth metrics. Notable companies include OpenAI, ranked second overall, and Glean, ranked 15th. Unstoppable Domains was ranked #17 overall and #2 in security, marking its fourth consecutive year on the list. Gatik AI also achieved recognition for the fourth year in a row, while Revolving Games secured the 27th spot overall and first in the Media & Entertainment category. Moveworks, CertiK, and Intersect Power were also highlighted among the top companies. The rankings reflect Forbes' partnership with Statista, which analyzed millions of data points to compile the list.
