
Agilent Technologies Inc. reported its fourth-quarter fiscal year 2024 financial results, revealing a revenue of $1.70 billion, up 0.8% from the previous year, and a GAAP net income of $351 million with an earnings per share (EPS) of $1.22, down 25% from the fourth quarter of 2023. Non-GAAP net income was $418 million, with an EPS of $1.46, surpassing analyst expectations of $1.41. The company's CrossLab segment showed strength with a 5% revenue growth year-over-year. Despite the positive earnings, Agilent forecasted its annual profit below analysts' estimates, leading to a more than 2% drop in its shares after the market closed.
