NYSE Arca approved two new leveraged cryptocurrency funds from ProShares, authorizing the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF under the ticker UXRP and the ProShares Ultra SOL ETF. The exchange’s decision allows both products to list and trade on its platform. Each ETF offers investors twice the daily price movement of its underlying digital asset—Ripple-associated XRP in the case of UXRP and Solana’s SOL for the companion fund—using derivatives to magnify returns. The approvals extend leveraged crypto exposure in the U.S. market beyond Bitcoin-linked products, broadening institutional and retail options for altcoin trading.
