Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat, has expressed a bullish outlook on the stock market, indicating that he is actively buying stocks. He believes that a substantial market rally could occur this spring, particularly in March, April, and May, potentially resulting in a 10-15% increase. Lee noted that much of the negative news affecting the market has already been priced in. Additionally, he referenced historical data suggesting that missing the '10 best days' of the year can drastically reduce annual returns, from an average of 8% to as low as -13%. This perspective aligns with a broader trend of increasing global liquidity and a decline in the U.S. dollar index, which Lee believes could further support stock prices.
