The company plans to list on a major U.S. exchange, providing investors with equity-based exposure to BNB. David Namdar, former co-founder of Galaxy Digital, will serve as CEO of the new firm. This initiative is part of a broader interest in BNB treasury management, with approximately 30 teams reportedly exploring similar opportunities. Separately, Circle’s yield-bearing stablecoin USYC, backed by U.S. Treasuries, is set to launch natively on the BNB Chain. This integration aims to enhance capital efficiency for global users by enabling near-instant convertibility between yield-bearing collateral and cash, further expanding the real-world asset ecosystem on BNB Chain.
