OpenAI Launches New Compliance Tools and Dynamic Editing for ChatGPT Enterprise

OpenAI has launched significant improvements to ChatGPT Enterprise, introducing new compliance and administrative tools designed to enhance data security and user access management. These updates include Compliance API integrations, SCIM, and expanded GPT controls to support compliance programs. Additionally, the new features encompass eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and tools for automating user management. The updates also bring dynamic content editing capabilities, allowing real-time content modifications to boost workflow efficiency. The improvements also include citations for customer and company data, and are targeted at developers and enterprise users. Current ChatGPT Enterprise customers include Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Moderna, Lowe’s, BBVA, and Western and Southern Financial Group.
