Stability AI has launched Stable Diffusion 3 (SD3), an open-source image generator available on HuggingFace. SD3 offers high fidelity image generation and is compatible with text prompts. SD3-Medium weights are now available for non-commercial use. Users can download SD3 and access model pages for more information. DiffusionKit now supports SD3 Medium for on-device inference on Mac, with Python and Swift inference options. SD3 Medium model weights can be obtained from Hugging Face for use with Pinokio and ComfyUI. A free Colab notebook running SD3 Medium with a user-friendly GUI is also available for non-coders.
