Peacock has scheduled the “Love Island USA” Season 7 reunion for Aug. 25 at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT), giving viewers a post-season look at the dating-show contestants nearly a month after the finale aired from Fiji. The 90-minute special was taped on Aug. 12 in New York City. Reality-TV veteran Andy Cohen and current series host Ariana Madix will co-host the programme. Social-media footage from the taping shows most of the cast in attendance, including finalist couples Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen, Ace and Chelley, Taylor and Clarke, and Iris and Pepe. Cohen told viewers on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” that an extended version of the season’s controversial heart-rate challenge will be broadcast during the reunion. One notable absence is Cierra Ortega, who was removed from the villa on July 6 after past social-media posts containing a racial slur resurfaced. Ortega confirmed in a July 27 video that she was “not allowed” to attend the reunion, saying the decision marked a step toward closing “this chapter” of her life.
