Paramount+ will debut Episode 8 of the crime-drama spin-off “Dexter: Resurrection” on 22 August, continuing the 10-episode first season that launched on 11 July. Hall back as Dexter Morgan and features an ensemble that includes Peter Dinklage, Uma Thurman, Krysten Ritter and Neil Patrick Harris.
