The Series B funding round was led by General Catalyst, Celesta Capital, and Alorica, valuing the company at $500 million. Crescendo has also acquired Idaho-based outsourcing company PartnerHero. The startup boasts over $50 million in net revenue, 200+ enterprise customers with over $100k in annual contract value (ACV), and is EBITDA positive. The funds will be used to boost the capabilities of its AI model and double down on its go-to-market strategy.
