The investment is expected to improve efficiency and productivity in contact centers, a goal supported by various investors, including GreylockVC. Over the past two years, Cresta has nearly quadrupled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) and doubled its customer base, showcasing substantial growth in the market for AI-driven customer service solutions.
