The Series A round, which raised $24 million, was led by Ribbit Capital with participation from Franklin Templeton, Nyca Partners, First Round Capital, and Faction VC. Crossmint aims to simplify blockchain adoption for businesses by providing APIs for wallets, payments, and tokenization, with a focus on integrating AI commerce. Privy, a provider of cryptocurrency wallet infrastructure, has raised $15 million in a funding round led by Ribbit Capital. The round included participation from existing investors Sequoia Capital, Paradigm, BlueYard, and Coinbase. This brings Privy's total funding to over $40 million. Privy's platform enables developers to integrate self-custodial wallets and on-chain transactions into applications, serving over 50 million accounts across various sectors including payments, DeFi, social, and gaming. The company has experienced a 50x growth over the last 1.5 years and has facilitated transactions of billions in assets. Notable users of Privy's services include Hyperliquid and Farcaster.
