
Cyera, a data security startup, has raised $300 million in a Series D funding round, valuing the company at $3 billion. The funding was co-led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from other investors. Cyera focuses on enhancing Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) with AI. In a separate development, LogicMonitor, a data center monitoring firm, has raised $800 million at a $2.4 billion valuation. Vista Equity Partners is nearing an agreement to sell a minority stake in LogicMonitor in a deal valuing it at about $2.4 billion, including debt.
