DinariGlobal Raises $12.7M Series A Led by Hack VC to Tokenize U.S. Equities on Avalanche; ZardotApp Closes $7M Seed
DinariGlobal has raised $12.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Hack VC and Blockchange Ventures, with participation from VanEck, Avalanche Foundation, and F-Prime Capital. The company offers a platform that enables global investors to buy U.S. securities-backed stock tokens using stablecoins, providing compliant and programmable access to U.S. equities on the Avalanche blockchain. This infrastructure aims to make U.S. equities more accessible to non-U.S. investors by allowing 24/7 trading in a composable, on-chain format. Separately, ZardotApp secured a $7 million seed round led by Dragonfly Capital and VanEck, among others, to develop a digital wallet that converts cash into digital dollars, bridging cash-based economies and Web3.
