
M2P Fintech, an application programming interface (API) infrastructure platform, has successfully raised Rs 850 crore (approximately $101.8 million) in a Series D funding round led by Helios Investment Partners. The funding was secured through a mix of primary and secondary share capital. This latest round of financing has increased M2P Fintech's valuation to over Rs 6,550 crore. The company plans to utilize the funds to strengthen its market leadership in India and expand its operations to Africa. Bhavya D Kumar provided additional insights on the deal.
