Rain, a blockchain-based card issuing and stablecoin interoperability platform, has successfully raised $24.5 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from notable investors including Galaxy Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and several others. Over the past year, Rain has reported a 15-fold growth and has processed payments in more than 100 countries. The company offers solutions for card programs through the Visa Network, enabling consumers and businesses to spend their stablecoins using debit and credit cards.
