The funding round, led by CRV, also saw participation from other investors, bringing Voyage AI's total funding to $28 million. Voyage AI specializes in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, which improve search and retrieval accuracy for enterprises. Snowflake plans to integrate Voyage AI's Voyage Multilingual 2 model into its Cortex AI platform to enhance multilingual RAG applications. The startup uses vector embeddings trained on company data to provide context-aware retrievals, significantly improving retrieval accuracy.
