Story Protocol, backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Polychain Capital, has unveiled its tokenomics ahead of its token generation event (TGE). The total supply of $IP tokens is set at 1 billion, with an initial unlock of 25%. Notably, 58.4% of the initial distribution, which amounts to 250 million tokens, will be allocated to the community. The distribution includes 38.4% for ecosystem and community initiatives, 10% for initial incentives, and 10% for the foundation. Early investors will receive 21.6%, while early contributors will receive 20%. Additionally, there are expectations of airdrops for Kaito users, with predictions suggesting that the value of these airdrops could exceed $10,000. The project emphasizes rewarding active participants, particularly those engaging with the Kaito platform.
