Indie hit “Cult of the Lamb” will receive its largest paid expansion to date when Woolhaven launches in early 2026, publisher Devolver Digital announced during Gamescom’s 2025 Opening Night Live showcase. The update introduces a frigid new biome where players rebuild a snow-swept settlement, manage cult members’ shelter and warmth, and confront fresh enemy types across two additional dungeons. The trailer also previewed ridable mounts, new bosses and further management mechanics designed to deepen the roguelite’s blend of action and simulation. Woolhaven will be released simultaneously on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC. Further details on pricing and a specific launch date are expected closer to release.
