Google will unveil its next hardware line-up at the Made by Google event in New York on Aug. 20. The company has confirmed that the Pixel 10 family will headline the show, alongside Pixel Watch 4, Buds 2a and other accessories, with pre-orders opening the same day. Recent leaks and regulatory filings indicate several firsts for the Pixel range. The standard Pixel 10 is pictured with a triple-lens array, adding a 10.8-megapixel telephoto camera that brings optical zoom to the base model for the first time. Images of official cases and internal components point to built-in magnets that support Qi2 wireless charging and a new line of “Pixelsnap” magnetic accessories. Specification sheets circulating among suppliers list Google’s 3-nanometer Tensor G5 processor, larger batteries—up to 4,970 mAh on the entry model—and expanded on-device generative-AI tools for photography and editing. Retail pricing is expected to mirror last year’s line-up, starting at about $799 for the Pixel 10, while logistics sources warn the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold may land later, with availability slipping to Oct. 9 because of supply-chain constraints.
