The chatbot's responses have included affirming trans rights, debunking vaccine myths, and providing data-driven answers to political questions, such as noting 73 far-right incidents versus 25 left-wing ones in recent years. It has also corrected misinformation about gas prices, stating the lowest average is around $2.66 in Mississippi, while Florida's average is about $3.15, refuting claims of prices under $2.00. Despite being marketed as an 'anti-woke' AI, Grok's latest update has shown it to be more neutral, focusing on truth over ideology. This shift has led to a disconnect between what some MAGA users expect and what Grok delivers, causing a stir on social media platforms. Grok has also made controversial statements, such as suggesting that certain politicians would dwell in the 9th circle of Dante's Inferno, and identifying Sheinbaum, Mexico's president, as the most popular president in the world.
