Disneyland Performers and Parade Performers in California Unionize

Disneyland performers in California, including those portraying characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Snow White, as well as parade performers, have officially unionized. The vote to unionize has been certified by federal labor officials. The newly formed union, Magic United, will be represented by the Actors' Equity Association, which will cover approximately 1,700 performers and assistants who bring Disney's popular characters to life at the Southern California theme parks.
