ASIC Sues Former Blockchain Global Director Over $20M ACX Exchange Claims; Burwick Law Advances $Libra Token Class Action
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has initiated civil proceedings against a former director of Blockchain Global, the now-defunct operator of the ACX crypto exchange, over allegations of mismanaging approximately $20 million in customer funds. The legal action follows the collapse of ACX Exchange and aims to address unpaid claims by affected users. Separately, Burwick Law is advancing a nationwide and international class action lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on behalf of hundreds of holders of the $Libra token on the Solana blockchain. The firm is pursuing recovery from multiple defendants including Ben Chow, Meteora, Julian Peh, Kip Protocol, Hayden Davis, CT Davis, and Gideon Davis.
