An Australian health tech startup has successfully raised $112 million in Series C funding to enhance its AI-driven medical diagnosis tools. The company, based in Sydney, specializes in using artificial intelligence to analyze CT scans, X-rays, and pathology slides. This latest funding round follows a previous Series B round, where the startup secured approximately $92.3 million in November 2021. The recent investment, co-led by Li Ka-Shing’s Horizons Ventures, aims to scale the company's operations in key international markets, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The startup has also announced plans to open a new office in the U.S. as part of its expansion strategy. However, the company declined to disclose its current valuation.
