Lucid Motors reported record vehicle deliveries for the fourth quarter of 2024, delivering 3,099 vehicles, which exceeded expectations of 2,637. The company also achieved its annual production goal, producing a total of 9,029 vehicles for the year. Overall, Lucid delivered 10,241 vehicles in 2024, marking a 70.6% increase compared to the previous year. However, this figure represents an 88.6% shortfall from the company's earlier projection of delivering 90,000 vehicles, as outlined in its 2021 SPAC presentation. Lucid's stock saw an uptick following the announcement of these results, reflecting investor optimism about the company's performance despite missing its long-term delivery target.
