Additionally, the Aptos ecosystem has received substantial backing from top venture firms through a new fund designed to promote decentralized applications and protocols built on the Aptos blockchain. In a separate development, the Aptos Foundation has partnered with the Ignition AI Accelerator, a Singapore-based initiative backed by industry giants such as Nvidia, Tribe, and DISG, to drive AI innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. This collaboration aims to support AI startups by providing funding and expertise, thereby fostering the integration of blockchain and AI technologies. The DeFi ecosystem on Aptos has also seen significant growth, with its Total Value Locked (TVL) tripling since the start of 2024.
