On August 23, 2024, significant developments within the Arbitrum ecosystem were announced. A collaboration between Unich and VEMPHorizon was revealed, alongside the integration of Lobster Protocol by DeFi Llama, which will now be tracked on the Arbitrum network. Lympid has also integrated with Chainlink, enhancing the interoperability of decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. Additionally, Arbitrum Nitro, a new Layer 2 scaling solution, was introduced, promising faster transactions, reduced costs, and improved decentralized application (dApp) development. A noteworthy partnership was established between Entropy Advisors and the Arbitrum DAO, valued at approximately $2.5 million, aimed at advancing decentralized governance. Furthermore, the Arbitrum DAO approved an ARB token staking proposal with a significant 91.5% support, which is expected to boost user engagement within the ecosystem.
