LineaBuild has collaborated with Nansen to conduct an extensive Sybil detection analysis on wallets holding non-zero LXP balances. The analysis reviewed a total of 1,297,203 unique Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) addresses, identifying 516,960 as Sybil addresses. This represents approximately 39.85% of the total addresses reviewed. As a result of this analysis, Linea has filtered out these Sybil addresses from an upcoming token airdrop, ensuring a more legitimate distribution of tokens to genuine users.
