The Ibovespa index experienced fluctuations over the past two days, closing at 132,344 points on March 21, 2025, marking a weekly increase of 2.63%. On March 20, it closed at 131,954 points, down 0.42% from the previous day, primarily due to profit-taking, with Embraer shares leading the decline at 6.72%. In contrast, Minerva's shares surged. Market data from March 20 also indicated a slight decline in the Ibovespa of 0.38%, with the dollar rising to R$5.68 and the euro to R$6.16. The market's performance is influenced by corporate developments and the expiration of options, as noted on March 21, when the index attempted to maintain its position above 132,000 points.
