Goldman Sachs is offering investors the opportunity to acquire stakes in Millennium Management, one of the world’s largest hedge funds, starting at a minimum investment of $1 million. The offering involves selling 10 to 15 percent equity of Millennium at an approximate valuation of $14 billion. Millennium Management, founded by Izzy Englander, manages assets totaling $78 billion. The investment is structured through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) with fees of 1 percent management and 10 percent performance paid to Goldman Sachs. The initiative aims to provide high-net-worth clients access to a portion of the hedge fund previously less accessible due to high entry thresholds. The stakes available range from $1 million up to $20 million, with Petershill Capital involved in pooling investor capital.
