Cameron Diaz Surprised by Netflix's Anonymous Hotline for Reporting Misconduct After 11-Year Hiatus on 'Back in Action'

Cameron Diaz, returning to the film industry after an 11-year hiatus, expressed surprise at the measures in place for addressing misconduct on set. While working on her new film 'Back in Action,' Diaz noted that Netflix has established an anonymous hotline for reporting sexual misconduct. She remarked, 'I have never in my entire career had HR come in prior to a movie and talk about what is inappropriate behavior.' This reflects a notable shift in Hollywood's approach to workplace conduct, as Diaz highlighted the differences from her earlier experiences in the industry.
