Baidu Inc. has appointed Haijian He, formerly chief financial officer of Kingsoft Cloud, as its new CFO, effective immediately. The move forms part of a broader leadership reshuffle at the Chinese search and artificial-intelligence company. Junjie He, who had served as Baidu’s interim chief financial officer since October 2024, will transition to senior vice president in charge of human resources and administration, the firm said on 1 July. Baidu did not disclose additional details about the reorganisation.
