A new index in China, the CSI A500 Index, has generated significant interest from global asset managers, according to a report by the Financial Times. The index, designed to appeal to the Chinese government's quantitative easing policies by reducing sector risk, has seen 22 different issuers, including JPMorgan and Invesco, launching ETFs that track it.
