Horizon Robotics, a Chinese provider of software and hardware for autonomous driving systems, launched its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong on October 16. The company aims to raise approximately $696 million, or HK$5.4 billion, making it one of the city's largest deals this year. Alibaba and Baidu are among the cornerstone investors in this IPO. Horizon Robotics is seeking a valuation of $6 billion.
