Senior British politicians are calling for greater scrutiny of Chinese-founded fast-fashion giant Shein's potential IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Three committee chairs, Alicia Kearns, Sarah Champion, and Liam Byrne, have urged parliament to investigate allegations of forced labour in Shein's supply chains. Fund managers from Aviva Investors, M&G, and Schroders have also expressed concerns over modern slavery issues related to Shein.
