Axon Enterprise reported second-quarter revenue of $669 million, a 33% year-on-year increase that outpaced analystsโ expectations of about $640 million. Adjusted earnings rose to $2.12 a share from $1.45 a year earlier, driven by a 39% jump in Software & Services revenue to $292 million and annual recurring revenue that reached $1.2 billion. Citing demand for its TASER 10 devices, new body-camera systems and counter-drone equipment, the company raised its full-year 2025 revenue outlook to $2.65 billionโ$2.73 billion, implying roughly 29% growth at the midpoint. The stock gained as much as 18% and led the S&P 500 following the announcement. Arista Networks also posted stronger-than-expected results, with second-quarter revenue climbing 30.4% to $2.21 billion and adjusted earnings of $0.73 a share, versus Wall Street estimates of $2.10 billion and $0.65, respectively. Gross margin improved to 65.2%. The data-networking equipment maker forecast third-quarter revenue of around $2.25 billion, comfortably above the $2.12 billion consensus, citing sustained demand for high-speed switching gear used in AI-driven data centres. Shares rose roughly 12% to 15% in late trading.
