Foxconn, a major supplier for Apple, reported a 14% rise in third-quarter net profit to $1.5 billion, surpassing market expectations. The company's revenue reached a record high of $57.01 billion, driven by robust demand for artificial intelligence (AI) servers. Foxconn anticipates that AI servers will account for 50% of its total server revenue next year and expects to hold 40% of the global AI server market share. The company has prepared production capacity to meet the 'crazy' demand for Nvidia's AI servers, with shipments expected to grow quarter by quarter. Amid trade tensions between the US and China, Foxconn plans to increase investments in the US, Mexico, and Vietnam.
