ServiceNow Inc. reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 financial results, with total revenue reaching $2.96 billion for the quarter, marking a 21% year-over-year increase. Subscription revenue for the quarter was $2.87 billion, also up by 21%. The company's GAAP net income for the quarter was $384 million, or $1.83 per share, while non-GAAP net income stood at $769 million, or $3.67 per share. For the full year, ServiceNow reported revenue of $10.98 billion, a 22% increase from the previous year, with subscription revenue at $10.65 billion, up 23%. The company also announced a $3 billion authorization for share repurchase. Looking forward, ServiceNow projected 2025 subscription revenue to be between $12.635 billion and $12.675 billion, representing an 18.5% to 19% growth over 2024. Despite these results, ServiceNow's stock fell over 12.7% following the announcement, attributed to a lower-than-expected subscription revenue growth forecast for 2025, influenced by currency exchange rates and a shift towards a consumption-based pricing model for its AI agents.
