Wix.com reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024, with adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.93, exceeding the consensus estimate of $1.59. Revenue for the quarter reached $460.5 million, slightly below the expected $461.75 million, but up 14% year-over-year. Bookings totaled $464.6 million, surpassing estimates and reflecting an 18% year-over-year increase. The company also achieved its first-ever positive GAAP operating income, driven by accelerated revenue growth, AI-driven product momentum, and cost efficiencies. Free cash flow for the quarter was $131.8 million, exceeding the forecast of $130.12 million. Business Solutions revenue grew by 21% year-over-year to $130.7 million. For the first quarter of 2025, Wix provided revenue guidance of $469 million to $473 million, below the consensus estimate of $481.47 million. Full-year 2025 revenue guidance was set at $1.97 billion to $2.0 billion, also slightly below expectations. The company remains on track to achieve its 'Rule of 45' target by 2025, at the high end of its outlook. Shares were up 4.5% in pre-market trading.
