Benitez, who operated a Los Angeles-based 'wedding agency,' pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston in September to conspiracy to commit marriage fraud and immigration document fraud. The operation provided fake IDs, green cards, and bogus documents to 600 undocumented individuals.
